LEGAL / COOKIES

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how B4HUMANS, operated by FLR Holdings UK Limited, uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies on b4humans.com.

Current position: the public B4HUMANS website is currently designed not to use non-essential analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. We do not currently deploy Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or similar marketing trackers on the public site.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small files stored on a device. Modern websites can also use other technologies that store information on a device or access information already stored there, including local storage, pixels, scripts, tags and similar mechanisms. UK rules can apply to these technologies as well as traditional cookies.

2. What does B4HUMANS currently use?

TechnologyCurrent status
Advertising / behavioural cookiesNot currently used
Third-party analyticsNot currently used
Marketing pixels / retargetingNot currently used
Cookie-based personalisationNot currently used
Language preferenceThe current public implementation switches language for the active page and does not persist the choice in a cookie or local storage.

3. Strictly necessary technologies

Some technologies may be used by the hosting or security infrastructure that serves the website. Examples can include security controls, load balancing or technologies necessary to deliver a page or protect the service. Where a technology is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by a user, applicable cookie rules may provide an exemption from consent requirements. We still aim to document and describe such technologies appropriately.

4. Non-essential cookies and consent

If B4HUMANS introduces analytics, advertising, personalisation, social media tracking or another non-essential storage/access technology in the future, we will review the applicable legal requirements before activating it. Where consent is required, non-essential technology will not be activated until the user has given valid consent through an appropriate consent mechanism.

Consent will be presented as an active choice. Refusing non-essential technologies will not be treated as consent simply because someone continues to browse the website.

5. Third-party content

Embedded content, such as video players, maps, social media content, forms, payment services or other third-party tools, may introduce their own storage or access technologies. We currently aim to avoid unnecessary third-party embeds on the public site. If this changes, the relevant third-party services will be reviewed and this policy will be updated as necessary.

6. Managing cookies

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. However, browser controls do not always provide the same granular choices as a website consent mechanism, and disabling certain strictly necessary technologies may affect website functionality.

7. Relationship with the Privacy Policy

Where cookies or similar technologies process personal information, the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy may also apply. The applicable lawful basis depends on the specific processing activity.

8. Changes

Our use of technology may change as B4HUMANS develops. We will review this policy when new analytics, advertising, embedded services, security technologies or other storage/access technologies are introduced.
