Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FLR Holdings UK Limited, operating the B4HUMANS brand and website at b4humans.com, handles personal information. It is intended to give you a clear picture of what we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, when we share it and the choices available to you.

In short: we aim to collect only information that is relevant to a genuine business, partnership, opportunity or website interaction. We do not sell personal information. The public B4HUMANS website currently does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or other non-essential advertising/analytics tracking cookies.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

The data controller is FLR Holdings UK Limited, company number 16970627, 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. B4HUMANS is a brand operated within this company.

For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@b4humans.com. Partnership enquiries may also be sent to partners@b4humans.com.

2. What information may we collect?

The information we process depends on how you interact with B4HUMANS. It may include:

  • Identity and contact details: name, job title, organisation, email address, telephone number, country and similar business contact details.
  • Enquiry information: the contents of messages you send us, campaign objectives, partnership requirements, programme details and other information you choose to provide.
  • Opportunity information: where you apply or enquire about a partnership, sponsorship, athlete, club, facility, event or community opportunity, we may process the information necessary to assess and manage that opportunity.
  • Technical information: limited information that may be generated by ordinary operation of a web server, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs, subject to the configuration of our hosting and security services.
  • Preference information: choices you make while using the website, where technically necessary to provide a requested function.

Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal data through a general enquiry email. If a particular programme legitimately requires sensitive information, we will explain why and the additional safeguards that apply before requesting it.

3. How do we use personal information?

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and requests;
  • assess potential commercial collaborations, campaigns and partnerships;
  • communicate with brands, organisations, athletes, clubs, facilities, event operators, suppliers and other stakeholders;
  • develop, plan, coordinate and administer B4HUMANS programmes where you are involved;
  • maintain business records and manage commercial relationships;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
  • prevent misuse, fraud, abuse or security incidents;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, accounting or record-keeping obligations;
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
  • send relevant business communications where permitted by applicable marketing and privacy law.

4. Our lawful bases

Under the UK GDPR, we identify an appropriate lawful basis for each processing activity rather than treating consent as a universal requirement.

PurposeTypical basis
Responding to a request or taking steps before a contractContract / pre-contractual steps
Managing a commercial relationship or delivering an agreed programmeContract
Website security, business administration and proportionate B2B relationship developmentLegitimate interests, where appropriate
Compliance with legal obligationsLegal obligation
Optional processing where genuine choice is requiredConsent

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether the interest is genuine, whether processing is necessary and whether the interests, rights and freedoms of the individual outweigh our interests. We keep appropriate records of these assessments where required.

5. Business-to-business communications

B4HUMANS is primarily a business-facing platform. We may contact companies and business contacts about relevant services or collaboration opportunities. Where applicable, electronic marketing to corporate subscribers may be permitted without prior consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), but we will identify ourselves and provide a practical way to object or unsubscribe. We will not use this section as permission to ignore applicable rules for sole traders, partnerships or individuals.

If you tell us not to contact you for marketing purposes, we will respect that request and maintain a suppression record where necessary to ensure the request is honoured.

6. Who may receive personal information?

We may disclose relevant information to service providers and professional advisers who help us operate B4HUMANS, such as hosting, email, IT/security, communications, accounting, legal or professional service providers. Where a supplier processes personal data on our behalf, we seek appropriate contractual and security arrangements.

Where a campaign or partnership requires it, relevant information may also be shared with a prospective or confirmed programme partner, supplier, venue, organisation or other participant. We only share information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and, where required, explain the relevant sharing before it takes place.

7. International transfers

Some technology or professional service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism and supplementary measures where necessary, such as adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards.

8. How long do we keep information?

We do not keep personal information indefinitely by default. Retention depends on the purpose and may include:

  • Enquiries: normally for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, plus a reasonable period for business records and follow-up.
  • Commercial records: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter where needed for legal, accounting, tax, contractual or dispute purposes.
  • Marketing suppression records: for as long as necessary to ensure we respect an objection or unsubscribe request.
  • Security and technical logs: for a limited period appropriate to the security and operational purpose, subject to the provider and system configuration.

When information is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymise it or securely dispose of it where reasonably practicable.

9. Your rights

Subject to the circumstances and legal conditions that apply, you may have the right to:

  • ask for access to your personal information;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • ask us to erase information in appropriate circumstances;
  • ask us to restrict processing in appropriate circumstances;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • object to direct marketing at any time;
  • request portability of information where the right applies; and
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Not every right applies to every processing activity. For example, erasure is not absolute where we have a lawful reason to retain information. If you want to exercise a right, email contact@b4humans.com. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records.

10. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first so that we can investigate it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), particularly where you believe our processing breaches data protection law. The ICO website is ico.org.uk.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. These may include access controls, secure communications, provider security controls, restricted access and operational procedures. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children

The B4HUMANS website is primarily intended for businesses, organisations and adults. We do not knowingly design the website to collect children's personal information for general marketing purposes. Where a programme involves a person under 18, appropriate parent or legal guardian involvement and additional safeguarding arrangements will be considered before the relevant activity proceeds.

13. Automated decision-making and profiling

The public B4HUMANS website does not currently make decisions about individuals using solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If this changes for a particular service, we will provide the information and safeguards required by applicable law.

14. Third-party websites

Our website may link to third-party websites, social platforms, suppliers or other services. This Privacy Policy does not govern those third parties. Review their own privacy information before providing personal information to them.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology, processing activities or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
